1. Is it possible to support CVBS Video door phone?
Yes! It can work with 1 AHD Call panel + 1 CVBS call panel + 1 AHD camera + 1 CVBS panel.
2. Do you have motion detection for video intercom?
Yes! It's supported via software, no need to connect with PIR Sensor. Motion detection works from 1 call panel or 2 cameras.
3. How to play Music or Movies by indoor monitor?
Download music or movies from a computer, copy to the SD card, insert the SD card into the monitor, and play.
4. What is the Voice message feature?
When you are not at home and a visitor presses the call panel, after 30s or 120s, the call panel will automatically say: "Please leave a message". You can check the video from the indoor monitor later.
5. How does transfer calling work with the video door bell?
Our system supports connecting up to 6 indoor monitors. If a visitor calls and the person answering wants to transfer the call to another room (e.g., Monitor No. 5), they can choose the transfer option to that specific monitor.
6. Why is the 7-inch monitor resolution 1024*600?
