1. Can smart locks be integrated?
Our system is compatible only with our exclusive smart locks. They can be sold together with our smart lock and video doorbell units to ensure seamless functionality.
2. Is it possible to customize packaging and logos?
Yes. The MOQ is 100 pieces for boot logos and silkscreen logos. For paper manuals and customizable packaging, the MOQ is 500 pieces.
3. Does the system support wireless cameras?
Currently, it supports IP cameras that use the ONVIF protocol. However, it does not support Web RTSP or SIP protocols at this time.
4. Is your video doorbell based on Android?
We are a professional company specialized in AHD video door phones using a Linux-based system, developed by our R&D department with over 10 years of experience.
5. What is the minimum quantity for sample purchases?
The MOQ for the first sample order is 1-2 kits. For subsequent wholesale orders, the MOQ ranges from 5 to over 500 pieces depending on the model.
6. What signals do your door phones support?
Our door phones are highly versatile, supporting 800TVL, 720P, and 1080P signals across CVBS, AHD, TVI, and CVI formats.
