1. Is it possible to support CVBS Video door phones?
Yes! It can work with 1 AHD Call panel + 1 CVBS call panel + 1 AHD camera + 1 CVBS panel.
2. Does it have motion detection for video intercom?
Yes! It is handled by software, so there is no need to connect an external PIR sensor. Motion detection works from the call panel or cameras.
3. How do I play music or movies on the indoor monitor?
Download music or movies from a computer, copy them to an SD card, insert the SD card into the monitor, and use the multimedia player.
4. What is the Voice Message function?
When you are not home and a visitor presses the call panel, after a set time (30s-120s), the system prompts: "Please leave a message." You can check the video message later.
5. How does the call transfer function work?
The system supports up to 6 indoor monitors. If someone answers a call but the visitor wants to speak to someone in another room, the call can be transferred to the specific monitor number.
